Certification Details

Section Instructions

The Lifesaving Society needs to know which Canadian Red Cross certifications you hold. For each certification:

  • Select the name of the certification you are submitting from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter either the certification date or the expiration date.
  • Upload a photo of the front of your certification card (details must be readable) by clicking the "Upload Photo" button.

Click the "+" button to add additional certifications; you can add as many certifications as you like. Remove any certification entry by clicking the "x" at the top right of the entry box.

Member Identification

Section Instructions

If you are already a member of the Lifesaving Society, you can enter your Member ID – providing your Member ID will help speed up the transfer process.

The Web Access Code authenticates your Member ID and verifies your identity for an even faster transfer.

Select the Lifesaving Society provincial branch where you will be transferring your certifications.

Click the "Transfer" button at the bottom of the page to submit your information.

Member ID

A series of 6 characters including numbers and letters on the bottom right of your certification cards that are used to identify you as a member of The Lifesaving Society.

Web Access Code

A series of 8 characters including numbers and letters located on the tear-away portion of your certification cards that are used to verify your Member ID.
